As reported by BrilioFood from Instagram @crispyfoodstation on Tuesday (9/7), it was so big that one bunch of bananas was carried by two people. So, these two people then put the bananas into a cauldron containing quite a lot of hot oil.

When inserted, only the bottom of the banana is submerged in hot oil. One person was seen taking hot oil using a ladle, then pouring it onto the top of the banana. After a few seconds, the two people immediately lifted the bananas from the pan.
