Material:
- 200 gr vermicelli, soak until soft then drain
- 4 red onions, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr carrots
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp stock powder
- Enough spring roll skin

How to make:
1. Saute both types of onions until fragrant, add the eggs and stir until evenly mixed.
2. Then add the carrots, stir-fry until the carrots are slightly wilted, add the vermicelli, spring onions, all the spices, stir until evenly mixed.
3. Taste test, lift and cool.

Solution:
1. Take a piece of spring roll skin, fill it with enough vermicelli, fold it like an envelope and cover it with a water solution of wheat flour.
2. Fry in hot oil, until golden brown. Remove and ready to serve.
