Material:
- 250 gr rice flour
- 300 gr shrimp
- 2 eggs
- 1 turmeric leaf, sliced
- 150-200 ml of water
- Salt
- Flavoring
Pureed ingredients:
- 5 curly chilies
- 1/2 turmeric segment
How to make:
1. Add flour, eggs, ground spices, salt and seasoning.
2. Pour in water little by little while stirring well.
3. Add shrimp and turmeric leaves.
4. The dough is not too runny but not too thick.
5. Fry until brown.
