Before adding, heat the oil that will be used to fry the chicken. Then add the chicken meat, one by one, to the frying pan. Once done, add 1 piece of ginger and 1 piece of garlic. Then fry the chicken as usual until cooked and crispy.

Well, using ginger and garlic is indeed effective in reducing oil explosions, you know. Because basically, ginger and garlic put in oil will absorb the water content of the chicken meat.
