However, what makes the focus wrong is that they apparently use banana stem stems as a means of grilling satay, you know. Of course the method used by @dydiex is really anti-mainstream. Moreover, the satay results are perfectly cooked, without fear of the stick getting burned.

For those of you who want to try it, this method is fairly easy. Prepare the meat that has been sliced and seasoned, then insert it onto a skewer. Then prepare several banana stems that have been cut into the same size. Next, stick the stick into the banana stem. One banana stem can contain 5 skewers. Just grill the satay over hot coals and the result will be failure-proof satay.
