The method is to boil water in a pan until it boils. Then place 250 grams of bean sprouts that have been washed clean in a frying strainer. After that, dip the strainer into the pan until the bean sprouts are submerged and boil for only 30 seconds. Then lift and drain.

Immediately transfer the bean sprouts onto a plate. Add 1 sachet of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp of salt. After that, stir until all the spices are evenly distributed throughout the bean sprouts.
