- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Topping: sliced sausage, meatballs, or chicken
How to make:
1. Saute the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the eggs and scramble.
3. Add rice, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
4. Mix well, add toppings, cook until done.
