  2. Beat the eggs, then mix with all the ingredients.
  3. Steam for 20-25 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick.

Ingredients needed:

  • 7 eggs
  • 2 stalks spring onions, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 chicken sausage, diced
  • 4 cloves of shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A little pepper
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • Enough breadcrumbs

How to make:

  1. Grate the carrots and sausages, then mix with the sliced spring onions.
