Material:
- 15 pieces of pong tofu, cut out the middle of the tofu, then turn it over
- 1 pack of noodles
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Sugar
- Flavoring
- Pepper powder
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
- The oil for frying
- Water to boil the noodles
How to make:
1. Boil water until boiling, add noodles, cook until soft. Remove then drain and cut the noodles into pieces.
2. In a container, pour the noodles, carrots, spring onions and spices, stir well. Then add the eggs, mix well, add the tapioca flour, stir until evenly mixed. Fill the tofu with noodles, do this until the tofu is finished.
3. Heat the oil, then fry the tofu until cooked and brown. Lift, then drain.
