Material:
- 175 gr wet shrimp
- 175 gr chicken meat
- 125 gr bamboo shoots
- 100 gr straw mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon margarine for frying
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cm ginger, crushed
- 2 large red chilies, seeds removed, chopped
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 50 ml of water
- 10 spring roll skins, ready to buy
- 1 egg white
- The oil for frying

How to make:
1. Chop the shrimp, chicken, bamboo shoots and straw mushrooms separately. Set aside.
2. Heat margarine, then saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add shrimp, chicken, bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, red chilies and spring onions. Stir well.
3. Add salt, sugar, sweet soy sauce, pepper and water. Stir again until smooth. Cook until the water runs out. Lift.
4. Take a piece of spring roll skin, place two tablespoons of the filling mixture on it. Fold and roll the spring roll skin, then seal with egg white.
5. Fry in lots of hot oil until the spring rolls are cooked and brownish yellow.
6. Remove, drain and serve.
