Material:
- 1 medium sized tempeh board
- 1 1/2 glasses of flour
- 2 spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt
- A pinch of stock powder
- Ice water or cold water from the refrigerator
- The oil for frying
How to make:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Blend the garlic, coriander and salt. Put it in a container containing flour, add the sliced spring onions, add the powdered stock and then cold water. Taste test.
3. Heat the oil. There tends to be a lot of oil. Use fire that tends to be large. Add the tempeh that has been coated in flour mixture. Do not be too long. Just come back once. Lift and serve.
4. Can be served with soy sauce.
