Leather Material:
- 400 gr tapioca flour
- 200 gr wheat flour - 220 ml hot water
- Salt

Filling ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 2 carrots
- 3 small potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 spring onions
- 700 ml of water
- Sugar
- Salt

How to make:
1. Make the filling, boil the chicken until cooked, then shred the meat. Saute the onions until fragrant, add the carrots, potatoes and shredded chicken, stir well. Add water. Cook until vegetables are soft.
2. Stir until thickened. Add salt and sugar, adjust the taste, remove from heat, set aside.
3. Mix all the leather ingredients, pour hot water little by little while kneading until well mixed and smooth.
4. Then roll out the dough and fill with curry chicken, the method is the same as making pastels.
5. Fry over medium low heat, cook until the cireng skin is firm. Lift and serve.
