Material:
- 200 gr shaved jicama
- 1 tablespoon ebi, soak in water
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and sugar according to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 chopped spring onion
- Ready-to-use spring roll skin
- 1 beaten egg
- Cooking oil
How to cook:
1. Puree the ebi and garlic.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Saute ground spices.
3. Add the jicama and spring onions, season with salt, sugar and pepper until evenly mixed. Lift. Set aside.
4. Prepare the spring roll skins and fill them, roll them up and then seal them with egg.
5. Heat quite a lot of oil.
6. Fry spring rolls until golden, serve.
