Material:
- 200 gr high protein wheat flour
- 50 gr medium protein wheat flour
- 35 gr granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 grams of instant yeast
- 10 grams of powdered milk
- 120 ml ice water, pour gradually
- 35 gr butter or margarine
- 3 grams of salt
- Oil for frying
- Beat egg whites
- Coarse bread flour or breadcrumbs

- Chocolate paste
How to make:
1. Mix all ingredients, except butter and salt. Then mixer or knead until half smooth.
2. Add butter and salt, mixer or knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
3. Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour until it doubles in size.
4. Punch down the dough, roll it out, then divide into 40 grams each, round it off.
5. Take 1 piece of dough, roll it out wide then fill it, make it round, let it rest for 15 minutes.
6. Roll the dough in egg white then coat in bread flour, do this until finished.
7. Fry in hot oil, until cooked on both sides.
