Brilio.net - There are many choices of traditional cakes that you can make yourself at home, one of which is carabikang. You can also be creative by adding pandan flavor to the carabikang mixture.
Because there is additional pandan, the resulting carabikang becomes more attractive to serve. Even the smell can be appetizing. Take a peek at the recipe that BrilioFood has published on Instagram @donahardi.

Material:
- 350 gr rice flour
- 250 gr white granulated sugar
- 150 gr wheat flour
- 800 ml coconut milk, boil with 1 pandan leaf then let stand until warm
- 1 egg
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Green and yellow dye
How to make:
1. Add all the ingredients except coconut milk, then pour in the coconut milk little by little while mixing until smooth.
2. Divide the dough into 3, give one the green and yellow color and leave the white color.
3. Heat the carabikang mold, pour the green mixture into a third of the mold, leave the edges porous then pour the white mixture.
4. Leave it for a while until the edges are porous then cover the yellow mixture until it is almost full. Leave it for a while until it is cooked and the surface is dry.
5. Then lift the mold and place it on a thick, wet cloth, let it cool before removing it from the mold. Crack the carabikang with the help of scissors.
