Material:
- 200 gr white sticky rice flour, mix 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 50 gr potatoes, steamed then mashed
- 90 gr powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150-170 ml warm water
- White sesame seeds and enough cooking oil
Filling ingredients:
- 100 gr peeled green beans, soak for at least 1 hour
- 80 gr granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 80 ml thick coconut milk
- 1 pandan leaf
How to make filling:
1. Steam the green beans until tender, approximately 25 minutes.
2. Then cook with coconut milk, sugar, chocolate, salt and pandan leaves. Cook until smooth.
3. Set aside, when it is cold, shape into balls.
How to make skin:
1. Mix flour, potatoes, sugar, cocoa powder and salt until evenly mixed.
2. Add warm water little by little until the dough can be rolled up.
3. Shape the dough into balls.
