Material:
- 1 pack of hunkwe flour
- 1/2 pack of pearl sago
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 200 ml thick coconut milk diluted with 800 ml water
- 1 sachet of white sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
How to make:
1. Boil the pearls until cooked, cool them so that the pearls bloom and expand.
2. Lift then drain.
3. Cook over medium heat, mix hunkwe flour, boiled sago pearls, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt, sugar, coconut milk and water, while continuing to stir so there are no lumps.
4. If it starts to explode, turn off the heat.
5. Pour into the prepared mold.
6. After the hot steam disappears, put it in the refrigerator.
