White sticky rice ingredients:
- 250 gr glutinous rice, wash and soak for 2-3 hours
- 130 ml instant thick coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 pandan leaves

Tray material, red:
- 75 gr honey sweet potatoes, steamed
- 400 ml instant thick coconut milk
- 100 ml of water
- 100 gr rice flour
- 50 gr sago flour
- 120 gr granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Red velvet paste to taste

How to make:
1. Heat coconut milk, salt, sugar and pandan leaves. Cook briefly until warm.
2. Then pour into the container the sticky rice that has been soaked previously.
3. Steam the sticky rice for around 15-20 minutes.
4. Prepare a square baking pan or round baking pan measuring 18 cm, line it with banana leaves, then spread it around the baking pan with oil, pour the half-cooked sticky rice into the pan then compact it and press it until the surface is even.
5. Blend the steamed sweet potatoes with coconut milk, then mix all the dry ingredients and strain, pour in enough redvlevet paste. Stir well.
6. Cook briefly over low heat, stirring continuously until thickened, then pour over the surface of the sticky rice that has been previously steamed.
7. Steam again for about 25 minutes or until cooked.
