Material:
- 4 whole eggs
- 250 gr granulated sugar
- 1 tsp emulsifier
- 250 gr medium protein wheat flour
- 20 grams of cornstarch
- 260 ml liquid milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla butter or vanilla powder
- Red green, yellow, blue, orange and purple paste coloring to taste
How to make:
1. Lightly brush the mold with cooking oil, if there's a lot, the result will be less smooth.
2. Prepare the steamer, don't forget to cover the steamer with cloth wrap.
3. Mix the eggs, granulated sugar and emulsifier until thick at high speed.
4. Then reduce the speed to low, add the flour, instant coconut milk, water and salt.
5. After that, turn off the mixer, help stir with a spatula and divide the mixture with enough paste or coloring or according to taste, put the mixture into a plastic pipping bag.
6. Pipping each color into the mold until it is full.
7. Steam for 15 minutes and once cooked, wait until it cools before removing it from the mold.
