- 125 gr pulu mandoti
- 125 grams of regular white sticky rice
- 2 tablespoons instant coconut milk
- Salt

How to make:
1. Mix pulu mandoti and regular sticky rice, then soak the sticky rice for 2 hours, then wash thoroughly.
2. Steam for 15 minutes, store in a container with boiling water, coconut milk, 1 teaspoon salt.
3. Heat the rice briefly until the water is cooked, then cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Steam again for 20 minutes. Set aside.
5. Take the rice and store it in a box lined with leaves. Press the sticky rice until it is slightly compacted.
6. Sprinkle with fish floss and pile again with sticky rice while compacting.
