Brilio.net - Lemper has a sticky texture. Not without reason, because lemper is made from sticky rice. If you like spicy food, you can add the lemper filling with additional sliced cayenne pepper.

Material:
- 250 gr sticky rice, drain
- 400 ml medium thickness coconut milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Fine material:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 red onions
- 5 curly chilies
- 5 cayenne peppers
- 3 candlenuts
- 1 tsp coriander
Filling ingredients:
- 250 gr chicken breast, boiled and finely shredded
- 100 ml medium thickness coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 bay leaf
Wrapping:
- Enough banana leaves, steamed
How to make:
1. Pour the rice into the skillet, add coconut milk and salt, stir until the coconut milk is absorbed. Steam for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked. Cool at room temperature.
2. Saute ground spices, lemongrass, lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant.
3. Add the shredded chicken, pour in the coconut milk, add salt, sugar and pepper, stir until the coconut milk is absorbed and dry. Remove and cool.
4. Take enough sticky rice, compact it and flatten it. Add shredded spicy chicken on top. Take enough sticky rice and cover the shredded chicken. Solidify and shape.
5. Take a piece of banana leaf, wrap it. Bake on Teflon until fragrant.
