Material:
- 500 gr white sticky rice
- 250-300 ml instant coconut milk
- 1 pandan leaf
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, crushed
- Sugar and salt
- Banana leaf
- Toothpick cut into 2 parts

Stuffing:
- Beef floss

How to make:
1. Clean the sticky rice, soak in water for about 5 hours, depending on the type of sticky rice. Drain, steam until steam comes out from the steamer that passes between the sticky rice, about 20 minutes, remove from heat, put in a bowl.
2. Cook coconut milk, lemongrass, pandan leaves, salt and sugar until boiling.
