Leather Material:
- 250 gr medium protein flour
- 100 gr butter or margarine
- 30 gr granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 4-5 tbsp ice water
Filling ingredients:
- 200 gr cassava tape
- 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk
- Cheese
Spread ingredients:
- Grated cheese
How to make:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the skin together (except ice water) until crumbly. Add ice water little by little, knead until the dough is pliable or smooth, store the dough in a closed container in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into several parts, roll it into balls then roll out a round shape with a rolling pin, fill the middle with the filling, add the sliced cheese, cover, glue or fold the edges.
3. Arrange in a baking dish that has been lined with baking paper, or a baking sheet smeared with margarine.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, bake at 170C until cooked.
