Klepon is a very popular traditional snack . This snack is made with liquid brown sugar filling and grated coconut sprinkles. Klepon is often a favorite snack at various events.
But even though it tastes delicious, klepon is a snack that goes stale easily. Usually caused by the use of grated coconut which is easily damp and susceptible to bacterial growth. In just a few hours, klepon can taste sour and unfit for consumption.
There is indeed a special trick when making klepon to make it last longer. Luckily, an Instagram user @melizah21 once shared the trick. She admitted that there is one secret that can make klepon last longer and last all day at room temperature.
