Material:
- 250 gr rice flour
- 100 gr starch
- 950 ml medium thickness coconut milk
- 300 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make:
1. Mix rice flour, starch, granulated sugar and salt. Pour in the coconut milk, mix well then strain.
2. Divide the mixture into 12 bowls, each bowl measuring 125 ml, 6 bowls for rainbow colors, and 6 more for plain white.
3. Heat the steamer. Grease a 20 cm baking pan with vegetable oil, pour the mixture, steam over medium heat, steam per layer for 6 minutes or according to thickness, the thicker the more steaming time. Do this until the dough runs out. Steam again for 30 minutes.
4. Cool. Cut into pieces with a knife on a clear plastic base. Serve.
