- 1 whole chicken, about 1.5 kg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
1. Coat the chicken with salt, pepper and melted butter.
2. Place the sliced lemon, rosemary and garlic into the cavity of the chicken.
3. Bake the chicken in the oven at 180C for 1 hour until cooked and golden.
Material:
- 500 gr beef tenderloin
- 200 gr champignon mushrooms, chopped
- 4 sheets of ready-to-use puff pastry
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 egg, beaten for brushing
How to make:
1. Coat the meat with mustard and grill briefly until the outside is browned.
2. Saute the mushrooms until dry.
3. Wrap the meat with mushrooms and puff pastry. Brush with egg.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200C.
