Material:
- 1 pack of fried instant noodles
- 1 egg
- Sweet mustard greens to taste
- 2 spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 7 red bird's eye chilies
- 5 chicken meatballs
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Salt, mushroom stock and ground pepper
- Chili powder
- Water
How to make:
1. Saute garlic, cayenne pepper, spring onions until fragrant. Add the eggs and wait for them to scramble.
2. Pour in the water, add the noodles and cook until the water reduces slightly. Add mustard greens, instant noodle spices, sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, mushroom stock and ground pepper.
3. Finally add the tomatoes and cook briefly until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with fried onions.
