You can adjust the whipped noodle filling to your taste. However, usually shaken noodles contain pieces of kikil , yellow noodles, bean sprouts, and even meatballs. Here's how to make Bandung-style whipped noodles as reported by BrilioFood from Instagram @nisasolihah.

Material:
- 500 gr beef leg
- 200 grams of ready-to-use flat noodles
- 100 gr bean sprouts
Broth ingredients:
- 4 liters of water
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 50 gr candlenuts
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tablespoon powdered beef stock
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 stalks of lemongrass
Complementary sprinkles:
- 2 stalks of celery leaves
- 1 spring onion
- 3 tablespoons fried onions
- 3 limes
- Chilli sauce to taste
- Sweet soy sauce to taste
Chilli sauce:
- 50 gr red cayenne pepper
How to make:
1. Boil beef legs, cut into cubes.
2. Boil the flat noodles, drain.
3. Flush the bean sprouts with hot water, drain.
4. Saute the crushed garlic and candlenuts. Put it in boiling water. Add salt, stock powder, pepper and lemongrass.
5. Fry the cayenne pepper, grind it with 125 ml of hot water.
6. Slice the leeks and celery.
7. Arrange flat noodles, kikil, bean sprouts, spring onions, celery, fried onions and lime juice.
8. Pour with broth. Add chili sauce, sweet soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
