Material:
- 1 pack of noodles, boil then drain
- 1/2 cabbage, sliced
- 100 gr bean sprouts, clean the roots
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon munjung starch, melt with water
- 250 gr chicken meat, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Salt, pepper, mushroom stock and sugar to taste
- 750 ml of water
- Fried shallots for sprinkling
Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 Spring onions
- 2 tablespoons ebi, soak until soft
How to make:
1. Saute the ground spices then add the chicken pieces, cook until it changes color and add water.
2. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and mushroom stock, let it boil and cook, add starch water as a thickener, add sliced spring onions, remove from heat, ready to use.
