Pandan layer ingredients:
- 100 gr rice flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 400 ml medium coconut milk
- 100 ml pandan juice
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- Salt to taste

White lining material:
- 100 gr rice flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 400 ml coconut milk
- Pandan leaves
- A pinch of salt

How to make:
1. Mix the ingredients for the pandan layer until smooth, if there are lumps, strain it. Cook for a while on the stove while stirring, if it starts to clump, turn it off then remove from heat. Transfer to a measuring cup so it's easy to pour.
2. Prepare a steamed sponge cake mold, grease with a little oil. Heat the steamer. Pour the pandan mixture up to 3/4 of the height of the mold. Steam for 20 minutes.
3. For the white layer, cook the coconut milk with 1 pandan leaf until cooked, then cool.
4. Then mix the white layer ingredients until smooth, if there are lumps, strain first.
5. Pour over the pandan layer. Steam for 25 minutes. Once cooked, cool, then remove from the mold.
