Leather Material:
- 250 gr sticky rice flour
- 200 gr steamed purple sweet potato, puree
- 30 gr granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 65 ml thick coconut milk
- 200 ml hot water
Contents or ingredients:
- 1 half old coconut, grated
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar or adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 pandan leaves
- 50 ml of water
Ingredients for coconut milk solution:
- 150 ml medium coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon sticky rice flour
- Salt to taste
Other ingredients:
- Leaves for wrapping
How to make:
1. Mix all leather ingredients, except water.
2. Then pour water little by little while kneading the dough. Stop adding water when the dough can be kneaded. Set aside.
3. Cook all the filling ingredients by sauting, wait until the water is full.
4. Then take 25 grams of skin dough, fill it with unti, make a circle, until the dough is finished.
5. Prepare banana leaves, cut into rectangles, clean, rub with cooking oil. Then fold it into a triangular funnel shape and fill it with one tablespoon of coconut milk solution. Add bugis rounds, then wrap.
6. Steam for approximately 20 minutes.
