Brilio.net - Serabi is best eaten when it is still warm. To make it even tastier, you can add various toppings according to your taste. Not just oncom or shredded meat, you can also add oreked tempeh.

Material:
- 150 gr rice flour
- 50 grams of semi-old grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 130 ml instant coconut milk
- 170 ml of water
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to make:
1. Mix all the ingredients, stir until smooth with a whisk.
2. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. So that the mixture doesn't stick to the clay pan, first roast the grated coconut until brown and oil comes out. Discard the grated coconut and clean the pan with a clean cloth. Lightly grease a frying pan with margarine then ready to use for baking pancakes.
4. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture. Then close for a while.
5. Open the lid then add the orek tempeh topping. Close again. Bake until the pancake is cooked.
