Brilio.net - Klappertart is made from a mixture of coconut, wheat flour, milk, butter and eggs. This cake can be made by baking or steaming. If you want a dry texture, you can bake it.

Material:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 60 gr cornstarch
- 100-150 gr granulated sugar
- 60 gr thick sweet
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 600 ml liquid milk
- 70 gr butter
- 150 gr shaved young coconut
- 80 gr raisins
- Cinnamon powder for dusting
- Several pieces of coconut meat and cashew nuts for decoration
How to make:
1. Put the egg yolks, whole eggs in a container, stir. Add cornstarch, sugar, vanilla extract, stir using a whisk. Set aside.
2. Liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk, stir well. Place in a pan, heat over low heat for a while until lukewarm. Add the butter just until it melts. Turn off the stove fire.
3. After the mixture is warm. Take 2 tablespoons of vegetable mixture, add it to the egg mixture, mix well. Then put all the mixture into the pan. Stir well. Just turn on a small fire. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is thick. Turn off the stove fire. Add young coconut meat and cranberries. Stir well.
4. Put it in a baking dish that has been lightly greased with butter. Top with coconut meat, cranberries and cashew nuts. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for around 40-50 minutes.
5. Once cool, dust with cinnamon powder. Delicious to eat after putting it in the refrigerator.
