The process of making a rice dispenser from a used gallon is quite simple, as demonstrated by a YouTube user named EducaRiza in his video. This tutorial demonstrates how to reuse used gallons using easily found tools and materials, thus reducing plastic waste while creating a useful item.
As reported by BrilioFood from YouTube EducaRiza on Friday (11/10), in addition to gallons, the tools needed are permanent markers, cutters, silicone glue, and gallon caps. Also prepare used bottles along with their bottle caps.

First, pierce and cut the top line of the gallon. If you count from the gallon cap, this line is about 10 cm away. Now, cut it in a circle and leave 5 cm of the uncut part.
Next, make a circle on the gallon cap with a marker. This circle is the same size as a small bottle cap. Then cut and make a hole in the part with a cutter or a small, sharp knife. Next, attach the bottle cap to the gallon cap that has been made a hole.

After that, take a used bottle and cut the neck of the bottle. Put glue on it and stick it under the cut gallon line.
Then take the remaining bottle cap from the hole. Put glue on it and stick it on top of the cut gallon line. Make sure the position is parallel to the bottle cap that was previously attached below the line. Then wait about 30 minutes for the glue to dry and stick firmly.
