Leather Material:
- 250 gr sticky rice flour
- 130 mashed steamed potatoes
- 100 gr sugar
- 35 gr rice flour
- A pinch of salt
- Enough warm water for kneading
- Sesame to taste
Filling ingredients (salted egg sauce):
- 3 salted egg yolks
- 100 ml fresh milk
- 1 tbsp powdered milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 100 ml of water
How to make content:
1. Mash the egg yolk then mix well with powdered milk.
2. Heat the butter, add the egg yolk mixture, stir well.
3. Add liquid milk, garlic powder, chili powder and salt then stir until it boils.
4. Add cornstarch to 100 ml of water, stir then pour into the mixture.
5. Stir continuously until thickened and cooked. Set aside.
How to make skin:
1. Mix potatoes, sticky rice flour, rice flour, sugar and salt.
2. Pour in warm water a little at a time until it can be kneaded.
3. Shape into rounds then fill with the filling, roll in sesame seeds then fry until cooked.
