Material:
- 500 gr black sticky rice
- Banana leaves to taste
- Betel lime to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sufficient grated young coconut, steamed
- 250 gr brown sugar
- 2 pandan leaves, tie in a knot
- Enough water to dissolve the brown sugar sauce

Sugar sauce ingredients:
- Brown sugar to taste
- Pandan leaves
- Enough water

How to make:
1. For lupis, soak black sticky rice for approximately 1 hour.
2. After 1 hour, strain and it is ready to be added to the leaves that have been formed into triangles. Then tie it with string or pierce it with a toothpick.
3. Do it until it's finished, set aside.
4. Boil 3/4 of the water in the pan, add the whiting.
5. Once the water has boiled, add the lupis one by one, cook until cooked. Set aside
6. Make sauce, cook brown sugar and pandan leaves until thick. Then add a little water to taste. Once slightly thick, strain and set aside.
