Material:
- 1/2 pack of boiled stick noodles, add a little oil then wash and drain
- 200 grams of cabbage, washed and sliced
- 100 gr carrots washed and sliced
- Spring onions, sliced
- Celery, sliced
- 7 red onions, sliced
- Chili to taste
- Flavoring
- Salt
- Sugar
- Soy sauce according to taste
Ground spices:
- 2 tsp pepper or adjust to taste
- 2 candlenuts
- 5 cloves of garlic
How to make:
1. Saute the shallots until fragrant. Add the ground spices and saute until fragrant.
2. Add the carrots, cabbage, spring onions, stir-fry until wilted, add a little green chili water, slice and stir.
