- 12 red chilies, roughly chopped
- 6 red onions, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tbsp lime
How to make:
1. Combine all ingredients, then stir until smooth.
2. Serve sambai as an accompaniment to grilled fish and also raw vegetable vegetables, such as eggplant, long beans, cabbage leaves and lettuce.
