Brilio.net - Located bordering the sea, many of Manado's culinary specialties are made from fish. One of the popular processed fish is pampis. This dish has a very distinctive savory taste.
The following is the recipe for BrilioFood, reported from Instagram @ditaharjawinata, Saturday (13/7).

Material:
- 400 gr smoked skipjack tuna
Additional spices;
- 1 bunch of basil leaves
- 3 lemongrass, finely chopped
- 6 lime leaves, finely sliced
- 1 spring onion, roughly sliced
Ground spices:
- 15 red onions
- 7 pieces of garlic
- 15 curly chilies
- 15 large cayenne peppers
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
How to make:
1. Shred the smoked fish and set aside.
2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add additional spices, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the skipjack tuna, add salt and sugar to taste, stir well to taste. Lastly add the basil leaves.
4. Cook until the spices are mixed evenly. Lift and serve.
