Ingredients for fried noodles:
- 100 gr yellow curly noodles
- 2 cloves of garlic

Ingredients for the pelalah chicken:
- 1/2 kg chopped chicken
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 10 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 kencur segment
- 2 cm galangal, grilled
- 1 cm turmeric, roasted
- 2 candlenuts, roasted
- 2 large red chilies
- 5 curly red chilies
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
Ingredients for serundeng:
- 200 gr coarsely grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Serundeng ground spices:
- 3 curly red chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 red onions
Chili Ingredients:
- 1 section of terrace
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 large red chilies, remove seeds
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 curly red chilies
- 6 red onions
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
How to make:
1. Puree the serundeng spices, saute until fragrant with a little oil.
2. Add coconut, stir continuously until dry and the spices are absorbed.
3. Coat the chicken with ground spices.
4. Mix bay leaves and lemongrass.
5. Cover the chicken for approximately 30 minutes or until the spices are absorbed.
6. Once cooked, shred the chicken.
7. Cook the noodles that have been boiled first with the ground spices.
8. Correct the taste then lift.
9. Arrange the warm rice along with all the side dishes, such as fried noodles, pelalah chicken and serundeng on a serving plate.
