Material:
- 2 salmon, cut into pieces
- 2 tamarind eyes
- 1 tsp salt for marinating fish
- 400 ml coconut milk
Ground spices:
- 6 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 large red chilies
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 segment of ginger
- 1 segment of turmeric
- 1 Laos section
Spices:
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, crushed
- 2 tablespoons mace
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 bunch basil, pick the leaves
Seasoning ingredients:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
How to make:
1. After washing the fish clean, rub the fish with tamarind and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Saute ground spices with spices until fragrant. Pour in just a little coconut milk to cook the spices. Let it boil.
3. Add the fish. Pour in the remaining coconut milk while adding seasoning. Cook until the fish is cooked. Lastly add the basil leaves. Stir well.
