Material:
- 500 gr sticky rice flour
- 250 gr granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 400 ml of water
- 5 kinds of essences or flavorings such as vanilla, jackfruit, strawberry, melon and mocha
How to make:
1. Roast the sticky rice flour for 10 minutes. Divide into two parts: 400 gr for the dough and 100 gr for the topping. Set aside.
2. Boil water, add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved. Remove, cool.
3. Add the sticky rice flour to the sugar solution, stir well, stir for a while until it just thickens, no need to cook it.
4. Lift. Divide into 5 parts. Add essence to each, stir well.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been lined with baking paper. For this, prepare 5 small baking pans. Make sure the height of the dough is only 1-2 cm.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 20 minutes. Leave it in the oven for a while.
7. Remove and cool. Cut into pieces according to taste, roll in roasted sticky rice flour and serve.
