Material :
- 1 honey pineapple
- 2 mangoes
- 2 jicama
- 2 cucumbers
- 25 curly red chilies
- 15 red cayenne peppers
- 1 tbsp tamarind
- 5 tbsp food vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tsp grilled shrimp paste
- 250 gr granulated sugar
- 150 gr brown sugar, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 liters of boiled water
- Salt to taste
- Fried peanuts to taste
How to make:
1. Peel the fruit, wash it clean, cut it according to taste, store it in a container and set aside.
2. Boil water until boiling, add curly red chilies and cayenne pepper, boil until wilted, drain.
3. Puree the curly chilies, cayenne pepper, shrimp paste, granulated sugar and brown sugar using a blender.
4. Pour the spices into the container containing the fruit, add salt, vinegar, lemon juice, tamarind and boiled water, stir well. Taste test.
5. Before enjoying, put the pickles in the refrigerator first to make them more delicious and add a sprinkling of fried peanuts.
