Material:
- 1 large bunch of sembukan leaves, take the leaves, wash them clean, chop them thinly then squeeze them so that the leaves become limp
- 1/2 grated coconut
- 50 ml coconut water
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- Banana leaves for wrapping
Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 large red chilies
- 10 cayenne peppers
- 2 cm galangal
- 1 small segment of galangal
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 small piece of semangit tempeh
- Sugar, salt and stock powder to taste
How to make:
1. Fry the garlic, red chili and cayenne pepper in a little oil until cooked.
2. Grind the fried spices together with galangal, coriander powder, and tempeh semangit.
3. Add ground spices and coconut water to the grated coconut, season with sugar, salt and stock powder.
4. Add the sembukan leaves and sliced tomatoes, stir until evenly mixed, don't forget to adjust the taste.
5. Wrap in a triangle shape using banana leaves, then steam for 30 minutes or until cooked.
