Material:
- 500 gr clean cassava, steamed
- 130 gr granulated sugar
- 100 gr grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Other ingredients:
- Sweetened condensed milk for smearing
- Grated cheese for topping
How to make:
1. Mix all the ingredients (hot cassava, so it's easy and light to chop), then puree. You can grind it manually with a pestle wrapped in plastic
2. Pour into a baking dish, either 18x18 or 20x20. Print the shapes one by one with a ring cutter
3. Spread sweetened condensed milk, sprinkle with cheese. Oven at 170c top and bottom fire for 30 minutes.
