But if you're bored with the same kind of arem, you can make this recipe. The following is a recipe for arem-arem noodles that BrilioFood has reported from yienswulan's Instagram.

Filling ingredients:
- Onions, chopped to taste
- Red chilies, cut into thin slices to taste
- 1 carrot, cut into small cubes
- 1 white tofu, cut into small cubes
- Lemper filling
- Salt, sugar and powdered mushroom stock
Noodle ingredients:
- 1 pack of egg noodles, half cooked, drain
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lime leaf
- Salt and mushroom stock to taste
- 1 egg
How to make the filling:
1. Saute the onions until fragrant, add the red chilies, cook until the chilies wilt.
2. Add the carrots, stir briefly then add the tofu and chicken. Stir well and cook until everything is cooked. Lift. Set aside
How to make noodles:
1. Boil coconut milk with bay leaves and lime leaves, then add salt and mushroom stock.
2. Add the noodles to the coconut milk, stir well, cook briefly then turn off the heat, cool.
3. Once cool, add the eggs, stir well.
4. Roll out the noodles in a banana leaf, put the filling in the middle then roll and wrap in the leaf.
5. Steam for 30 minutes.
