- 100 ml coconut milk

- 240 gr sticky rice flour
- 180 ml warm water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- 50 gr granulated sugar
How to make:
1. Cook all the filling ingredients, stirring continuously until smooth. Cool. Weighs 20 grams, round shape
2. Mix flour, sugar and salt
3. Add hot water little by little, while kneading until soft and smooth. Add oil. Stir well
4. Weigh out 25 grams of dough. Flatten it, add a circle of filling. Close and round again
5. Dip into water. Roll in sesame seeds
6. Fry until cooked and crispy.
