Material A:
- 100 gr rice flour
- 50 gr wheat flour
- 85 gr granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Material B:
- 50 ml instant coconut milk
- 350 ml of water
- 1 tbsp pandan suji deposit
- 1 gram instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to make:
1. In a bowl, mix ingredients B together and stir well, then set aside
2. Mix ingredients A evenly, then set aside.
3. With the help of a balloon whisk, gradually mix ingredient B into ingredient A until evenly mixed. Cover with a clean cloth and rest for +/- 45 minutes until the yeast is active and the mixture is foamy.
4. Heat a pancake mold or small frying pan over medium heat.
5. Stir the mixture well with a ladle just before pouring it into the mold. Make sure the mold is really hot when the mixture is poured into the mold.
6. Pour the mixture 1/2 the size of the mold then move the ladle around to form a thin edge of the dough. Leave it for a few moments until the middle part comes out with bubbles and holes. Then close the mold. Wait until cooked.
7. Do this until the dough runs out. Keep the fire from getting too hot. If the fire is too hot, just turn it off first so that the cooking process is perfect.
