Material:
- 500 gr beef
- 2 liters of rice washing water
- 100 gr roasted peanuts, then blender
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 2 cm galangal
- 4 lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- Cinnamon
- Salt, sugar and flavorings
Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 roasted candlenuts
- 1 tbsp roasted coriander
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 nutmeg
How to make:
1. Boil the beef in boiled rice water. Use method 5.30.7 or until tender.
2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the lime leaves, bay leaves, cinnamon and galangal.
3. Add the stir-fry spices to the stew pan.
4. Add the roasted peanuts that have been blended.
5. Season with salt, sugar, seasoning. Taste correction.
