Material:
- 500 gr chicken wings
- 2 sweet corns, cut into pieces
Coarse seasoning ingredients:
- 6 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 large red chilies
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
Additional ingredients:
- Tomatoes, cut into pieces
- Blimbing wuluh, cut into pieces
- Leek
- 20 whole cayenne peppers
How to make:
1. Add the chicken wings with lime juice and coarse salt, mix until the fat comes out, wash thoroughly.
2. Boil the water until it boils, add the chicken wings, boil until the fat comes out and discard the first cooking water, set aside.
3. Boil water again, add sweet corn, boil until half cooked. Then add the coarsely ground spices, tomatoes, starfruit, cayenne pepper.
